Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

hey babes! so as you know, I started college a few weeks ago. college has been amazing so far, and so many things are changing! one thing in particular that has changed is that I have many more food options, and most of them are not too healthy. to stay on track and keep eating healthy, I decided to try a DIY for chia seed pudding! chia seeds are the tastiest treat when made into pudding (you can also put them in drinks!), and they are a type of superfood so they are really healthy! they have tons of antioxidants, protein, and so many more nutrients, but they're almost no calories! they also make you healthy in general, and prevent certain types of sickness, which is amazing! chia seed pudding is the perfect breakfast if you want to be healthy but at the same time need to eat quick before class.
this is the batch I just made:

ingredients you'll need:
- 2 cups of almond milk (I used the original flavor from the company Blue Diamond)
- 1/2 cup of chia seeds! :)

- 2 tablespoons of honey

directions:
combine almond milk, chia seeds, and honey into a big bowl (or big cup) and stir for 2-3 minutes until the mixture starts to thicken. then store it covered in the fridge for 3-4 hours. and that's it!
this makes 2 large servings; perfect for a healthy, yummy breakfast!

well that's it! hope you guys liked my very first food DIY post :) more to come soon!

  1. Oooo this sounds really good Laura. I like making chia seed pudding with greek yogurt too, for a thicker consistency. Also, chia seeds in salads!! Yum!
